CLIP-Contract Labour Information Portal

SJVN Limited has implemented a structured system for effective monitoring and management of contract labour engaged across its various projects and offices. To ensure transparency and accountability in the engagement of contract workers, the Contract Labour Information Portal (CLIP) has been introduced. Under this system, all contractors are required to upload the details of the workers deployed by them on the CLIP portal. This includes comprehensive information such as worker names, job roles, duration of engagement, and salary details. These entries are subject to verification by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) designated for the respective work. The portal facilitates:

• Monitoring of wage disbursement to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Enhanced oversight by project authorities through regular validation and reporting mechanisms.
